GROUP FARES
Why book a group airfare - more flexibility, choice of travel dates, deposit only required until time of final payment, changes such as name or travel dates are free of charge up until time of ticketing.

SPECIAL FARES
Can be booked through our office. Airlines are always releasing specials and prices are available just by contacting us. Sometimes these are cheaper than the group fare but remember they are more restrictive -- limited seat availability, fare rules, non-transferable and ticketing deadlines.

Alternatively if you are wanting to travel to other destinations in conjuction with your conference just email our office advising the cities you wish to fly into and dates of travel.

BUSINESS CLASS
Our office is able to offer various business class airfares. These can be a group fare or a fare especially designed to suit the travel itinerary of your choice. You can choose to travel to the group destination or add extensions.

PACKAGES
We can organise - Air and Land Packages, Accommodation, Car Hire, Coach Tours, Cruises, Mini Stays, Sightseeing, Stopover Packages and MUCH, MUCH MORE.

GROUP INSURANCE
This is available to all group travellers. Contact our office for these special rates, brochure and application form or a yearly all inclusive policy at special rates.
